I really like your design (on the front and on the back, as well) but the skull on the left sleeve bothers me... in my opinion it's unnecessary. I think you did a great job with the colourful arrows and an empty left sleeve will be also great.

Other than that, your hoodie is cool! So you have my vote.

By the way, could you take some time to check out one of my entries? [link] I would like to know what you think about it.

Like someone else said, you can only have art on two parts of the hoodie. The separate parts are: the hood, back, front, left sleeve, and right sleeve. Also, I'm not sure that the stroke on the arrows is really 8-Bit. It looks vectored.
